Romans 8:28!

When I say that the Holy Spirit is simply amazing, I ainโ€™t kidding!
He has a way of changing perspectives and guiding us along different paths than we planned to take, once we are in tune and listen for that quiet still voice. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅฐ

Romans 8:28 is actually one of my favourite Bible verses and today we are going to dissect it one phrase at a time and note certain key words.

Romans 8:28 NIV –
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

โ€œAnd we knowโ€
Knowing something is very deep.
Knowing something means to have a clear understanding, awareness, or familiarity with faith, concepts, or people, often involving belief, justification, and truth, gained through learning or experience, enabling informed decisions.
Wow!
Nothing to add here! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‡

โ€œThat in all thingsโ€
I love it when I see absolutes in the Bible. The word โ€œallโ€.
It doesnโ€™t say โ€œin some thingsโ€, it says โ€œin all thingsโ€.
For me this is such a comfort.
There is no exception.
IN ALL THINGS!!!
Glory; Hallelujah!!๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

โ€œGod works for the goodโ€
God is always at work; in the good, the bad and the ugly.
He is the potter.
Cracks can appear in the clay as the potter mounds it, but this Potter is able to take those broken pieces and put them together in such a way the finished piece is a beauty and a sight to behold!
What a God!

God is working.
Heโ€™s up to something
I may not see it; but still Iโ€™m trusting
God is working, working, working! (2x)

God will work it out (2x)
One thing I know
One thing Iโ€™ve found
God will work it out.

โ€œOf those who love Himโ€
Do you love God?
How do we show it as believers? – by obeying Him, serving Him, praaaaising Him!

1 John 4:19 NIV – We love because he first loved us.

John 14:15-17 NIV –
โ€œIf you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you foreverโ€”
17 the Spirit of truth.

โ€œWho have been called according to His purposeโ€
Jesus calls all of us to Him.
Are we yielding to the call?
Have we accepted the Lord as our personal Saviour?
And if you havenโ€™t, what at all are you waiting for??
Tomorrow is not guaranteed.
Seek Him while He may be found!

Jesus calls us o’er the tumult
Of our life’s wild, restless sea;
Day by day his sweet voice sounding,
Saying, “Christian, follow me.”

Today is a day of mourning for some of us.
But we know that God is still on the throne and that He is worthy of praise.
We will celebrate the life that was lived and pray that God will work it out .
Amen!

Be still my soul
Be still and know
Lean in, take hold
In God alone!
๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

Lord, may Your perfect will be done in our lives.
May we trust in You more, day by day,
Knowing that you are God and You are good
Thank you Lord
In the mighty name of Jesus
AMENNNN!!!!

God bless you.

Thank you so much for this article. It has indeed blessed me and come as a confirmation of His word to me. At times because we don’t see the bigger picture, it seems the waiting is endless, but i tell you, His timing is the best. Amen ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
